Gamma International College is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Coordinator / Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations and support the financial management of the school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating financial activities, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily financial and accounting operations.
Monitor school budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and monthly statements.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial record keeping.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning processes.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and external auditors when required.
Ensure compliance with school financial policies and accounting standards.
Support procurement and payment processes in coordination with other departments.
Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Assist in audit preparation and provide required financial documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive information.
Support the School leadership with financial analysis and reporting.
