Provide technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, printers, internet, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office issues.
Support email accounts, passwords, and user access permissions.
Monitor and resolve daily IT tickets and technical requests.
