Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our training programs and AI solutions and close sales
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate service or product
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Ensure every customer interaction reflects high-quality service and satisfaction
Accurately record and manage client information using templates and CRM systems
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and flag any dissatisfaction to the proper channels
Support daily administrative duties, including scheduling, database updates, and documentation
Provide accurate product and service information over the phone
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Manage tasks for upper management, including appointment scheduling and call handling
Analyze collected data and provide actionable insights when needed
