Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP modules
and e-commerce features.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across web
and backend systems.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure
DevOps, Bugzilla).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand
requirements and acceptance criteria.
Validate end-to-end business workflows in ERP systems (e.g., order management,
inventory, procurement, financials).
Test e-commerce platform functionality including product catalog, shopping cart, checkout
flow, payment gateways, and order fulfillment.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum
environment.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test strategies, test results, and
QA reports.
Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, covering functional, UI/UX, and
compatibility testing across various devices and OS versions.
Perform mobile-specific testing including push notifications, offline behavior, deep linking,
gestures, and app performance.
Support performance and load testing activities and analyze results.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.
