Supervise and manage all personnel and payroll activities, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations, deductions, overtime, incentives, allowances, and final settlements.
Review and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.
Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including hiring, onboarding, contract administration, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of social insurance and labor office documentation and reports.
Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and payroll records with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate monthly payroll reconciliation and provide payroll reports, headcount reports, and personnel analytics to management.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance, benefits, leaves, and personnel matters in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll and personnel documentation.
Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy and effective workforce administration.
Identify opportunities to improve personnel and payroll processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
