Develop and review architectural designs in line with project standards and client requirements Manage and evaluate client modification requests, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and community guidelines Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and as-built records Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of modifications Conduct site inspections and follow up on implementation to ensure quality and compliance Provide technical support and act as the main point of contact for client-related engineering inquiries Support cost estimation and review pricing for modifications and violations Prepare periodic reports on project status, modifications, and readiness for handover
