2. Technical Coordination
Act as the main focal point between the site, design consultants, and subcontractors.
Resolve design conflicts and technical discrepancies.
Attend technical and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
3. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
Review and validate quantity take-offs for architectural works.
Monitor material consumption versus BOQ.
Support cost control and budget tracking for finishing works.
4. Material Submittals & Approvals
Oversee the preparation and submission of material submittals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Follow up with consultants for approvals and close comments.
5. Value Engineering
Propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
Optimize materials, construction methods, and design details.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Ensure proper documentation of drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
Prepare technical reports, logs, and progress updates.
Maintain organized records in line with document control procedures.
7. Team Leadership
Supervise and guide junior engineers and draftsmen.
Review team outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.
Provide training and technical support to team members.
