The Role
We are seeking a Local Sales Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact for our domestic clients and internal teams. You will ensure seamless order execution, manage local logistics, and support our sales operations from start to finish within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage incoming and outgoing local sales orders, ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted point of contact for domestic clients, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and delivering outstanding service.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of key chemical products.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Partner with local freight providers and drivers to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to local clients.
Sales Support & Reporting: Assist the domestic sales team by tracking sales metrics, generating reports, and maintaining accurate client data in the ERP system.
