Crisis management and problem solving   Developing the company's future vision and overall strategy.   Preparing strategic and operational plans and monitoring their implementation.   Setting annual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).   Examining expansion, investment, and business development opportunities.   Monitoring market and competitor developments and making appropriate decisions.
