Collaborate with the Program Director to define strategic priorities and supervise field teams. Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, NGOs, and community stakeholders. Design and deliver capacity-building workshops for educators and caregivers. Ensure programs are participatory, culturally responsive, and informed by data. Monitor, evaluate, and refine programs to maximize effectiveness and long-term impact.
