Achieve and exceed business objectives and international sales targets through
prospecting new clients
Take over the responsibility for export sales in several markets
Responsible for building strong business relationships with targeted clients
Monitor change in the international market situation
Resolve product or service problems and customer complaints
Address all problems promptly including writing a detailed report to keep on file
Establish and manage relationships with new importers and traders to ensure meeting
of their financial and order commitments through market feedback and visits (fresh
produce field)
Continually attempting to penetrate new markets
Coordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve the strategic goals
Prepare periodical sales reports to senior management as required
Gather and update information and market data of the targeted markets
Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations
with targeted clients
