Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
• 1. Responsible for overseeing the design process of the project, from the initial concept to the final completion. This involves coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets the requirements, budget, and timeline of the project.
• 2. Review and approve drawings, specifications, materials, and contracts, as well as monitor and report on the progress and quality of the design work.
• 3. Prepare/oversee the preparation of design briefs, studies of user requirements, technical aspects, site conditions, planning, design, and building in use, etc., as necessary; and give appraisals and recommendations.
• 4. Obtain stakeholders' approvals on different design stages, confirm cost and program compliance with the investment case, and present designs.
• 5. negotiate contracts; approve and apply payments; and provide services and reports, including change management, contract administration advice, and settle final consultants' accounts to ensure transparency and adherence to AFGRE policies and procedures through different project stages.
• 6. Follow up and provide the necessary information to develop the Project Handbook, Design Manuals, and Fit-out Guides
7. Report on development and monitor unit performance against the project's vision and KPIs.
