The role ensures the accuracy of financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting while handling multiple client accounts and supporting financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Manage accounting operations for outsourced clients and ensure service quality.
Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Experience with ERP & ODOO systems.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients regarding financial matters.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
