Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient execution of sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize daily sales administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and other crucial documentation for retail and export sales. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional support and service. Generate comprehensive sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide critical support to the sales team, assisting with presentations, proposals, and market research. Ensure compliance with all sales policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Sales, Retail Sales, and Export Sales, alongside strong administrative and analytical capabilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential to excel in this role.
