If you have the persistence to solve customer problems and eager about meeting customer satisfaction, then please apply.   Job Description Commission measurement instruments onsite as well as troubleshoot any reported problems. In-house device troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration. Provide technical support to the customers and manage customer service tickets on the service portal. Conduct device health check service and technical training for customers. Developing on-site/in-house service reports. Communicate with vendor service team and technical support to resolve customer technical problems. Later job role will evolve to include wired / wireless switches configuration, PLC programming, and SCADA development.
