Implements & updates Quality Control Program. Monitors & Implements Security Measures and Quality Control. Supervises the implementation of the training plan for security department. Improvs security performance. Writes and compiles detailed reports on security compliance inspections including airport operations, hotels and company town offices.  Conducts stations’ start-up security inspections and ensure NILE AIR and all service providers comply with NILE AIR security requirements.  Sets and implements annual audit plan to cover all stations inside & outside Egypt. Manages the security compliance audit program and ensures that pre-audits, audits and post audit activities are carried out effectively. Provides annual statistics & reports containing remarks to be avoided and take corrective action.  Coordinates with the NILE AIR quality management and work as an integrated team to improve the performance of aviation security.
