Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with fluent English (written and spoken) to lead our digital presence within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and fast-paced content creation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
Create, write, and publish engaging, high-quality content in fluent English across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights
Stay updated on FMCG trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions across social platforms
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when required
Oversee paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
