Overview: As our Chef, you will be responsible for our staff meals with a particular focus on authentic Vietnamese and Korean menus. This is a hands-on, on-site role where your expertise will directly impact our success.
Responsibilities:
Innovate and develop captivating menus, with a strong emphasis on authentic Vietnamese and Korean cuisines.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, cost control, and waste management.
Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Skills & Technologies: You'll bring a wealth of expertise in Hospitality and advanced Cooking techniques. Your proficiency in crafting authentic Vietnamese Cuisine and Korean Cuisine will be paramount. Experience in Menu Development, and comprehensive Kitchen Management are essential. A strong understanding of Food Safety protocols.
