Accounting Manager Job Summary: The accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring accurate financial decision. This role manages accounting staff, ensures compliance with reputation & improves financial processes Key responsibilities: Manage & oversee daily accounting operations (general ledger, account payable, receivable, payroll …..etc.  Prepare & review monthly, Quartey and annual financial statements.  Ensure appliance with accounting standards (e.g., generally accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.  Lead the month-end & year- end closing.  Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assists.  Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.  Monitor budgets, forecasts & financial performance.  Analyze financial data & provide recommendation to senior management.  Supervise and mentor accounting staff.  Ensure timely and accurate Tax rulings & compliance with reputations.  Improve accounting system & processes for efficiency.
