We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our
sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven
track record of exceeding sales targets within the Egyptian real estate market. This role
requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-
building skills. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating strong
client relationships and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's properties, market trends, and competitor activities.
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, property management, and legal, to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay informed about relevant regulations, market changes, and new developments in the Egyptian real estate sector.
Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and insights with the management team.
Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their development (if applicable).
