Job Description
Identify and target new B2B opportunities including real estate developers, offices, hotels, cafes, and retail partners.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
Develop long-term relationships with interior designers, procurement managers, and business owners.
Understand client needs and propose tailored home décor solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups to close deals and drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk deals.
Upsell and cross-sell products across the BWL Homes portfolio.
Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and new collections.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage custom orders and large-scale projects.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
