Personal Assistant to the Business Development Lead

The Dust Club is a premium adventure tourism company specializing in deep desert missions and high-end safari experiences across Egypt. We operate at the intersection of precision logistics, elite hospitality, and off-road performance. We are looking for a sharp, highly organized personal assistant to support our Business Development Lead across all operational and commercial activities.
What You'll Do:
Manage scheduling, travel, and coordination across B2B partner meetings, hotel site visits, and field operations
Handle inbound and outbound communications with tour operators, suppliers, and strategic partners
Support CRM data entry and management (Zoho) including lead tracking, client records, and follow-up pipelines
Assist with international logistics coordination including equipment shipping, customs documentation, and vendor follow-ups
Prepare decks, briefs, and proposals for partnership development and event planning
Coordinate between internal teams (marketing, field ops) and external stakeholders to keep projects on track
Research potential clients, partners, and industry opportunities on request
