The role includes selling paper products manufactured by the company as well as traded/imported paper materials. The Business Developer identifies new business opportunities, negotiates contracts, manages customer accounts, and coordinates with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business growth.
The position mainly deals with B2B clients such as:
Packaging manufacturers
Printing presses
Tissue factories
Food packaging companies
Carton factories
Distributors and wholesalers
Retail packaging suppliers
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow paper product sales.
Identify and acquire new customers in manufacturing, packaging, and printing sectors.
Manage relationships with existing clients and maintain repeat business.
Promote company products including:
Kraft paper
Duplex board
Fluting paper
Test liner
Tissue paper
Packaging paper
Industrial paper rolls
Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding stock availability and manufacturing schedules.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
Attend exhibitions and industrial trade events.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
