Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Supervisor with solid experience in manufacturing and blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure timely and efficient hiring of high-volume workforce while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and operational roles within manufacturing sites.
Lead and supervise daily recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for mass hiring (e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, agencies).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled labor.
Partner closely with plant managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements in line with production demands.
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/line interviews.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
