1. Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and execute brand strategies that position Ahmed El Sallab as a market leader in ceramics and finishing materials.
Define and maintain clear brand positioning across different customer segments (retail, contractors, developers).
Ensure consistency of brand identity across showrooms, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
Identify opportunities to enhance brand equity, visibility, and differentiation in the market.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive showroom footfall and sales.
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives and seasonality (e.g., Ramadan, peak construction periods).
Manage campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor advertising, and in-store branding.
Track campaign performance (footfall, conversion, ROI) and optimize accordingly.
3. Market Research & Insights
Analyze customer segments including homeowners, contractors, and developers to understand buying behavior.
Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and product offerings in the ceramics and finishing materials market.
Stay updated on trends in interior design, materials, and customer preferences.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and marketing.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs such as brand awareness, showroom traffic, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Utilize sales and CRM data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing ROI.
5. Product & Launch Management
Lead the launch of new products (tiles, porcelain, sanitary ware, finishing materials).
Coordinate with category, procurement, and showroom teams to ensure readiness and availability.
Develop launch plans including promotions, displays, and marketing support.
Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Content & Creative Oversight
Oversee development of all marketing content including product visuals, social media, and campaigns.
Ensure content reflects brand positioning, quality, and design inspiration.
Manage creative teams and agencies to deliver high-quality outputs.
Review and approve all marketing materials.
7. Stakeholder & Agency Management
Collaborate with sales, operations, and showroom teams to align marketing with business needs.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Build partnerships with developers, contractors, and designers to expand market reach.
8. Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget across all channels.
Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Track ROI and optimize investments for maximum impact.
