Job Description include but is not limited to the following:
HR tasks;
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Analyze wages and salary reports.
Oversees the administration of the organization.
Manages employees interviews, orientations, trainings, leaves of absence, insurance, separation notices, exit interviews ….. etc.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Responsible for contract renewals
Admin Assistant tasks:
Follows-up on actions agreed on behalf of the Director, asking for clarifications in order to inform him accordingly
Handles all correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director and prepares emails, reports, memos, letters or presentation, using office technology and software applications, according to Director’s guidance and support
Keeps record of all documentation, either hard or soft copies, and develops well organized data base, so as to be able to track records at all times
