Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking accurate messages. Oversee and maintain a tidy and professional reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings. Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Support with basic data entry and document management. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Administration and Office Management, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
