Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Understand customer supply chain needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention
