Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against planned budgets. Identify cost variances and implement corrective actions to maintain project profitability. Oversee the preparation, submission, and negotiation of client invoices and interim payment applications. Manage subcontractor payments, including verification of work completed and certification of invoices. Evaluate, price, and negotiate variation orders and change requests with clients. Ensure proper documentation and approval of all project changes and claims. Identify potential commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and finance departments.
