Manage end-to-end local and export sales workflows on Odoo ERP, including leads, quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and inventory allocation.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily performance of the inside sales team, ensuring strict CRM utilization and data integrity.
Act as the central anchor connecting Warehouses, Design, Production, and Finance to ensure 100% accuracy in order specifications (colors, dimensions, and quantities).
Coordinate with finance to verify payment settlements/credit limits and check physical stock availability before finalizing orders.
Track B2B agents' sales metrics and remaining stock levels via Odoo, while collaborating with Marketing on customer design surveys to align production with market demand.
Take full ownership of collecting customer feedback after shipment arrivals to evaluate carpet quality, design alignment, and overall satisfaction.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales operations dashboards and performance reports for direct presentation to the General Manager (GM).
