Job description:
The Senior ERP Implementer will be working within a team of professionals to deploy, install implement and train our customers on our high quality professional ERP systems as well as train other junior team members through providing technical and functional advices. Develop project execution plans and sticks to it to close the project on schedule with high customer satisfaction.
Works with key personnel to help define user needs and identify gaps and document them in Gap Analysis Reports.
He will be visiting customers, training them, assisting them in solving their business problems.
Duties:
Implement ERP solutions, via acting as a Technical and Functional consultant
Write proper technical and project documents as needed
Helps improve the applications by providing feedback and recommending changes
