Hochste Interested Solutions is seeking a proactive IT Help Desk Specialist to provide fast and efficient technical support.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance over phone, email, or chat (Help Desk & Remote Support).
Diagnose and resolve basic Desktop, Printer, and Peripheral issues.
Basic Network troubleshooting (connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Handle user account management (Office 365, Active Directory).
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
