We're Hiring | Tele Sales Representative Basseqat for Agriculture Investment Co. About Basseqat: Basseqat is an Egyptian agricultural investment company operating one of the most promising Medjool date palm projects in the country — 750 feddans in “Farafra Oasis”, managed end-to-end with full operational, agricultural, and marketing infrastructure in place. Our project connects serious investors with a real, tangible asset — land and palm trees — professionally managed on their behalf, with full transparency and annual reporting. We started producing in 2025, and we're growing fast.   The Role — Tele Sales Representative (Female) As a Tele Sales Representative at Basseqat, you will be the first voice our potential investors hear. You will be responsible for reaching out to qualified leads, presenting our investment model clearly and confidently, building trust with prospects, and guiding them through the early stages of their investment journey. This is not a hard-sell role. Our product is a genuine, high-value investment opportunity — your job is to explain it well, answer questions honestly, and create a smooth, professional experience for every prospect from the first call to the handover to the sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to introduce Basseqat's investment model to potential clients Explain the project clearly — location, structure, returns, and process — in a confident and trustworthy manner Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings or webinars Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM Prepare daily and weekly call reports and share updates with the sales team leader Coordinate with the reception and admin team to ensure smooth client handover Follow up on warm leads and nurture long-term prospect relationships Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days Off: Thursday & Friday
