Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Summary of Role:
The account manager will focus on sales achievement across key retail accounts for which he is
responsible, through improved channel management, thereby improving sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, serve as the lead point
of contact for all key account matters, and anticipate their needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct random visits to the accounts to check the shelf share and product availability.
Prepare sales forecasts and PSI Reports for the assigned accounts.
Expand relationships and bring in new accounts.
Supervise Sales Executives / Promoter Team Leaders and their teams to achieve the desired sellout
target.
Negotiate contract terms with key accounts and recommend any amendments to the Organized
Retail manager/ Channel Sales manager.
Collaborate with vendors, logistics & marketing team, and other stakeholders from other
departments to ensure the client's needs are met.
Coordinate with the Finance department to establish credit & payment transfers.
Resolve key client issues and complaints.
Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of our product
Submit daily reports for his direct manager, including the market news, latest competitor
promotions, and the due amounts for the accounts.
