Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and campaign executives.
Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and support the professional development of team members.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and results-oriented team culture.
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight of quality and deadlines across all digital workstreams.
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with broader business and brand objectives.
Define channel strategy across paid media, social media, email marketing, and digital content.
Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with the MarCom Manager and other department heads to align digital plans with commercial priorities.
Campaign Management & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns (ATL, BTL, TTL).
Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.
Lead the development of campaign briefs and coordinate with creative, content, and agency partners.
Social Media & Content Oversight
Oversee the organization's social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity.
Guide the content team in developing monthly editorial calendars and platform-specific content strategies.
Review and approve digital content before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Drive community engagement strategies and monitor audience sentiment and brand perception online.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Define and track KPIs across all digital channels including reach, engagement, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership with insights and strategic recommendations.
Lead a data-driven approach to continuously test, learn, and optimize campaign performance.
Manage digital dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility on campaign results.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels and campaigns.
Lead relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
Evaluate and onboard new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and manage SLAs with external partners to ensure delivery excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and product teams to align digital activities with go-to-market strategies.
Partner with the PR team to amplify earned media through owned and paid digital channels.
Support new product launches, brand activations, and corporate events with targeted digital campaigns.
