Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and success. Responsibilities: Execute foreign purchasing activities for spare parts, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new international suppliers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Monitor and track shipments, coordinating with logistics partners and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery to Cairo, Egypt. Maintain and update purchasing records and supplier information within the Odoo ERP system. Analyze purchasing data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, engineering, and finance teams to forecast needs and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with all import regulations and international trade laws. Skills & Technologies: You will hone your expertise in Foreign Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics, leveraging tools like Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and analyze data.
