2. Renewing the commercial register with the Industrial Development Authority, the Local Content Certificate, and the Chambers of Industry (membership certificate).
3. Dealing with the Investment Authority to document ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, boards of directors, the Commercial Registry, the Real Estate Registry, and Chambers of commerce.
4. Conducting internal and external investigations for the company.
5. Drafting and reviewing contracts.
6. Dealing with all government agencies.
