Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Stay abreast of real estate market trends and customer service best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Customer Care, Customer Service, and Customer Support within the demanding Real Estate industry. Proficiency in CRM Software and a knack for Process Improvement are essential for success in this role.
