We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. This role requires a balance of relationship building, project management, and business acumen. The ideal candidate is a master communicator who ensures client goals are met while driving internal teams toward excellence and timely delivery.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM – 8 hours + 1 Lunch Break x 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and briefings, ensuring a clear understanding of client objectives and expectations.
Translate client needs into clear, actionable creative briefs for the design, content, and production teams.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and sent on schedule.
Proactively suggest strategic growth opportunities and marketing solutions to help clients achieve their business KPIs.
Review all creative work before it reaches the client to ensure it is on-brand and meets the project requirements.
Coordinate between various internal departments to resolve bottlenecks and streamline the production process.
Handle contract renewals, invoicing coordination, and regular reporting on account performance.
