Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
We are hiring a reliable field coordinator to supervise factory video-recording sessions for an industrial AI data collection project.
The role involves attending factory filming sessions, helping workers wear head-mounted cameras correctly, giving them simple instructions, monitoring the recording session, saving the footage, and collecting required metadata after each session.
The footage must show real industrial work from the worker’s point of view, mainly the worker’s hands, tools, materials, and workbench/workstation.
Before Filming
Meet the factory owner, production manager, or shift supervisor.
Explain the purpose of the filming clearly and professionally.
Confirm which workers, stations, and processes will be filmed.
Make sure the work is real production work, not staged or slowed down.
Check that the station has good lighting and enough space for filming.
Confirm that no sensitive areas, documents, screens, or restricted factory information will be recorded.
Make sure the worker understands what to do before starting.
During Filming
Help the worker wear and adjust the head-mounted camera.
Make sure the camera angle captures the worker’s hands, forearms, tools, materials, and direct work area.
Ensure the footage is stable, well-lit, and watchable.
Monitor the session without interrupting production.
Make sure the worker does not leave the camera running during breaks.
Watch for long idle time, blocked views, camera drift, bad lighting, or excessive shaking.
Ensure the work is performed normally, not artificially slowed down or staged.
After Filming
Stop the recording properly.
Remove the SD card safely.
Save and back up the video files.
Confirm that the file is not corrupted and has the expected duration.
Organize the videos using the required naming/folder structure.
Record the required metadata for every video.
Submit the videos and metadata to the project manager.
