Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from different departments.
Assist in system configuration for modules, including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Master Planning, Production, and Asset Management.
Support data validation, data imports, and basic system administration activities.
Create, update, and maintain accurate master data, including Items, BOMs, Routings, and Number Sequences.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and process guidelines.
Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials for key users and end users.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support issue resolution activities.
Collaborate closely with key users, consultants, and technical teams to ensure effective system utilization and process improvement.
Provide day-to-day ERP support and assist users with system-related inquiries.
Apply the required HSE (Health & Safety) regulations
