Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving hotel revenue through corporate, travel trade, leisure, group, and direct business segments. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospitality background with solid understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, room inventory, reservations, and revenue opportunities.
The role requires a commercially driven professional who can build strong client relationships and support the overall business growth of the hotels across the Red Sea area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales opportunities for hotels across the Red Sea region
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and business partners
Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth across different market segments
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction
Prepare sales visits, client meetings, offers, proposals, and follow-up reports
Handle group bookings, corporate agreements, and long-stay opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality market demand
Ensure smooth communication between sales, reservations, and hotel operations teams
Support upselling initiatives and guest-related commercial opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries
Represent the hotels professionally during client meetings, site inspections, and business events
