Business Development Role:
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the advanced construction sector.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, online research, and cold outreach.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including developers, architects, consultants, and government entities.
Opportunity Qualification: Evaluate the feasibility and potential of identified opportunities, ensuring alignment with Avanti's strategic goals and capabilities.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documents that effectively communicate Avanti's value proposition.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead and participate in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and achieve Projects targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date projects pipeline, tracking progress and providing regular reports to management.
Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to network, build relationships, and stay informed about market developments.
Marketing Role:
Marketing Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, presentations, and social media posts, highlighting Avanti's expertise and project successes.
Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online marketing efforts, including website updates and social media engagement.
Event Management: Coordinate and participate in marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for optimization.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Operations and management teams to gather information for marketing materials and ensure alignment between business development and marketing efforts.
