Lead the training activities of technical training, soft skills trainings and sales
trainings for service technicians and authorized service providers
Participate in project teams for new product development, contributing to
define needs for product services in the field.
Monitor the products performance in the field and interact with the factories’
quality teams, R&D, and customer service teams, providing feedback to different
areas to solve non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Participate in the product's technical documentation structure, training,
technical support services and related processes.
Create and recommend processes and procedures to audit job orders issued by
service providers, and eliminating vulnerability to fraud
