Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to software, POS systems, hardware, and network issues, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate effectively with users and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot software, hardware, POS, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
Support POS systems (Retail Pro, Prism or similar)
Follow up with users to ensure proper issue resolution
Escalate complex technical issues when needed
Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions in ticketing system
Assist in system implementation and user training when required
