A motivated and well-spoken inside sales and marketing representative to join our sales team. The individual will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process and perform marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Perform effective online presentation to prospects
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of the company
Develop marketing and customer-facing resources as required
Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, marketing strategy, posters etc.
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Advise superiors on marketing projects through all project phases
Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaign understanding drive results
Coordinate marketing projects with internal and external resources
Analyse, develop and implement communication and promotion strategies and information programs
Direct/manage the sales efforts of distributors/agents.
Prospect for new business, conduct sales calls, and actively grow the territory. Initiate and follow up on sample and technical requests and communicate the results.
Focus on customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Manage sales planning, forecasting, development, and performance of the sales territories; identify and supporting technical and operational resources necessary to achieve objectives.
Maintain sales pipeline for all core sales objectives and strategic sales initiatives of 1 x annual sales targets.
Conduct quarterly Mutual Business Plan review meetings with distributors and key customers in the region and develop a mutual plan for executing against all upcoming quarterly sales and business objectives.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales, technical peers, distributors and service personnel to insure company objectives and customer concerns are cared for.
Routinely communicate with sales, logistics, customer service, R & D and challenges to peers, technical, superiors, and business partners
Submit visit report on time, sale reports and other reports as required.
Know and learn about your competition both regionally and internationally.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and customer events.
