Overview: As our Organizational Development Section Head, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing strategic HR and OD initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our organizational structure, enhancing talent capabilities, and ensuring our people strategy aligns perfectly with our business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position where your expertise will directly contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full spectrum of Organizational Development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement programs.
Strategize and execute comprehensive Human Resources policies and procedures to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Oversee and innovate recruitment strategies to ensure we bring in the best candidates for every role.
Drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs that empower our employees to grow, adapt, and excel.
Utilize robust Data Analysis to inform OD decisions, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Champion change management initiatives, guiding the organization through transitions with clear communication and support.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align OD strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
