Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, creative, and strategic Digital Marketer with proven experience in building brands and driving growth on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for an exceptional professional who can take full ownership of our brands. If you understand premium design, growth funnels, content strategy, and lead generation — and can bring brand stories to life with impact — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
Design premium, modern visuals that reflect the brand’s voice and identity.
Ensure content is authentic, high-value, and strategically aligned.
2. Growth & Lead Generation
Grow followers organically with value-driven content.
Actively engage with the community (DMs, comments, partnerships).
Build and optimize funnels, CTAs, lead magnets, and link-in-bio flows.
Track, analyze, and improve performance using data-driven insights.
Conduct outbound marketing initiatives (cold calling, emailing) to engage potential clients.
3. Paid Marketing (Preferred)
Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.
Support retargeting and warm audience strategies.
Scale paid campaigns as the brand grows.
4. Brand & Visual Identity
Ensure cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Use tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to deliver premium creative assets.
Create impactful brand storytelling that resonates emotionally and strategically.
