Build and maintain a structured social media calendar that coordinates with product launches, and campaigns, to ensure consistent alignment with key marketing initiatives. Brief and supervise internal designers and external agencies to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals and videos. Implement non-paid tactics and algorithm-driven strategies to aggressively scale follower counts and brand reach across all social channels. Lead interactive content initiatives to boost audience participation and foster a loyal online community. Identifies and manages relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors for earned collaborations and gifting to expand organic brand advocacy. Manage the end-to-end scheduling and posting process, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Work closely with other marketing team especially brand management to ensure social media efforts are fully integrated with broader brand positioning & identity. Monitor organic metrics like reach and engagement to provide clear, actionable insights for improving content effectiveness. Guides and coaches, the digital marketing team while monitoring social media trends to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and the company’s digital presence remains competitive
