Job Description
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
Source candidates through various channels such as:
Job boards
Social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
Employee referrals
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
